Secessionist Abkhazia considers that the agreement concluded between Georgia and Russian Federation concerning the international monitoring on the river Psou will cause a threat to so-called national security of Abkhazia.
Abkhazian secessionists say that they are unsatisfied with the fact that Russian party took this decision without prior consultations with Abkhazian side. They consider all these events are in direct connection with "Abkhazian sovereignty". The information is disseminated by Abkhazian media.
"The possible international monitoring should not mislead anybody. Georgia tries to take control over not only Abkhazia and South Oseitan party but as well to return own jurisdiction over these territories. This will make a precedent in decreasing of the independent state's status of sovereignty, and a guaranty for this will be Russian Federation, "- the Abkhazian political party disseminates this information.
Abkhazian political parties believe that the agreement reached between Russia and Georgia will be first step towards the demolishing of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
