Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze said that the negotiations with EUabout associative membership are in the final stage.
"We are at the finish line in fact. The negotiations are in the ending phase. Till the end of the year the negotiations will open about the deepening trade regime. In nearest future we have plans to negotiate visa regime lifting, "- Vashadze said.
He said the visit of Catherine Ashton EU commissioner in foreign Policy as a summarizing one and at the same time this visit will open new stage for Georgia- EU relations.
