The memoirs of ex-State Secretary Condoleezza Rais are proving that the reason for starting war in August 2008 was an Order of President Saakashvili to bomb Tskhinvali, Nino Burjanadze said, GHN reports.

I reminded these words him on August 3 of 2008, when I met with him for the last time before the war and I warned him that the joining to and moreover, the starting of a war would be catastrophic for our country, "- Burjanadze said.
