Europe never recognize the Russian occupation as a legal, legitimate action and the resolution passed by the European Parliament is a sever blow to the conspiratory plans of Russian party. Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said this commenting the EP resolution over TV speech.

‘Whatsoever the events will develop, our main existing area - the Europe never recognize the Russian Occupation as a legal, legitimate action and never recognize the independence of territories occupied in Georgia. The resolution is a sever blow to the hideous plans of Russian Federation. Now, whosoever they do, this document is our passport that they never legalize the occupation. Under the international law this was impossible anyway. But now this is recognized by EP irreversibly, "- President said.
