Erosi Kitsmarishvili, founder of Maestro TV managing firm declared he is authorized to the ownership over the Maestro TV and in the nearest future the TV station's regular broadcasting will be resumed.
"Now litigation is pending and no settlement is possible between us. What about the airing of regular programming, I cannot say exactly when it will be possible. The founders made every possible step to hinder to the broadcasting. Now the irregular broadcasting is performed by founders. But it will be restored soon after all technical problems will be resolved. I have legitimate rights for broadcasting," - Kitsmarishvili said to GHN.
"They damaged everything whatsoever was possible to damage. Presently I am occupied with a restoration of broadcasting."
