USA State Secretary Hilary Clinton declared that USA are not considering that elections in Russian Federation were fair and free.
The State Secretary declared this in Vilnius at the meeting of Foreign Ministers.
At the same time Senator John Mc Cain declared that to Russian Federation the "Arabian Spring" nears. "Dear Vlad, - said he to Putin, - the Russian Federation will face soon the "Arabian Spring." The declaration was made over social network Twitter, when he commented elections to Duma last Sunday. He advised to Putin to prepare to the similar spring as in Tunis, Egypt and Libya.
