President Saakshvili inspected ongoing construction works at 04:00 which are pending in Batumi, GHN reports.

He looked firstly at  hotel "Kempinsky". It is accepted that the hotel will be finished in 2013. Than he attended the University for Negotiations Technologies. This building will be 35-storey  high. It will be a highest at the Black sea coastal line. The accomplishment of the construction is expected for 2012. The Ajara government building will be as well of modern architecture.

President underlined that the constructions works should not be only façade-style. They should be equipped for normal living.

The "Orbi" company consists of 3 buildings. The apartments in this area are already sold for the celebrities famous  in Georgia. The film Director Renny Harlin is one of them. For the construction works are used construction materials of local production and employed up to 1500 local dwellers. The average salary amounts to GEL 2 000.
