Russian government should admit that the old political system in Russian Federation was very effective in previous time, but now it exhausted. And this is admitted not because of the protest action which now is pending, but really we should change something to provide with dynamic development of our country." - Dmitri Medvediev said this yesterday at the meeting of Russia's ruling party.
He noted that they probably will make new stage of political development.
