Bidzina Ivanishvili's and his wife Ekaterine Khvedelidze's case against Georgian President, the Court will hear today.
The previous hearing was held on December 12, the parties presented own statements concerning the case.
The Plaintiffs are claiming they were stripped off Geroigan citizenship illegitimately. Nevertheless, the respondent's party considers the legal basis was legitimate.
For information, the defense lawyers of Ivanishvili applied to the Tbilisi City Court on October 21.
