For us the Russian Federation is a negative force undoubtedly. Nevertheless we understand well that this is a big country and naturally we have to have relationships with it. Especially in political questions. Saakashvili declared this with Brazilian press "Folha".
At the same time Mikhail Saakashvili is not considering that the WTO agreement reached with Russian Federation is an achievement in improvement of relations.
"In fact there exists a very big interest, pragmatic interest, of Russian Federation to improve relations with Georgia. They know well that the quantity of Ossetians less than 10 000 is. The Abkhazian population is only 20% of prewar data. These regions are emptied form local population. But Russia vitally needs this population for a demonstrating that Russia is strong in the region, "- Georgian President said.
President Saakashvili said that any leader of Georgian state will be a big problem for Russian Federation. "But I became the most serious problem for Russian Federation, because Georgia carried out successful reforms, "- Saakashvi said.
