The company "New capital" which is a part of the "Qartu Group" will sue the Tbilisi City Hall, its supervisory service, GHN reports.

Beselia, Defense Lawyer said that the case concerns the temple of King Rrostom and decision of the Supervisory service about the impossibility for the exploitation of the temple. The construction of the temple was suspended for this reason. The pleading as well touches the demand for eviction of the persons who were illegally settled in the temple.

"We will sue those policemen as well for its inaction when persons settled illegally to the temple, "- Beselia said.

Beselia believes those problems around the temple were a part of political pressure. She demands to restore the property rights for the legitimate owner of the building.
