The Tbilisi City Court partially satisfied the legal pleading of Bidzina Ivanishvili and his wife Ekaterine Khvedelidze.
Under the Court decision Ekaterine Khvedelidze was restored in her rights for Georgian citizenship. The order of President issued on October 11 of 2011 was annulled.
What about Ivanishvili under the Court decision the citizenship was not restored to him, accordingly the Order of the President is in force.
Defense lawyers said thy will appeal to the higher instances courts.
For information, under the President's Order No 602 Bidzina Ivanishvili and his wife were stripped of the citizenship.
