The Tbilisi City Court partially satisfied the legal pleading of Bidzina Ivanishvili and Ekaterina Khvedelidze. The Court annulled the President's Order No 602 under which they were stripped off the citizenship.
‘We won the case, in part of Ekaterina Khvedelidze. The Court annulled the decision of Mikheil Saakashvili, what about Ivanishvili, the Judge was afraid to be open and fair to the full extend. He leaved the Saakashvili's Order unchanged," - Beselia said.
Ivanishvili's defense lawyers declared that the part of the legal pleading which was not satisfied by Court will be appealed in higher instances.
"In this part we are going to fight and go further in legislative terms, "- Beselia said.
For information, President's Order No 602 stripped off the citizenship for Bidzina Ivanishvili and his wife Ekaterine Khvedelidze.
