Medvediev , Russian President has called Mikhail Saakashvili ‘persona non grata' for Russian Federaiton. Medvediev said this at a joint press conference with so called Abkhaz President Sergey Bagapsh in Moscow. "Sooner or later we will restore normal relations with Georiga again, but I am sure, at no event I will talk with a present Georgian President. He is a persona ‘non grata' for Russian Federation, " - he said.
