The leader of the National Democratic Party of Georgia has summed up the year 2011 - Bachuki Kardava spoke about success in internal and foreign policies and focused on the problems that the country is still facing.
Kardava said one of the most important achievements in foreign policy for Georgia was the imposition of the term occupation and recognition of Georgia`s two breakaway regions as occupied territories, as well as the statement of the NATO Secretary General, who reiterated that Georgia was closer to the membership of the alliance.
Kardava also hailed the reduction of the inflation index at the end of the year, however, added that this reduction has not yet reduced social problems of the population.
The leader of the opposition party also spoke about the reasons, for which his party has no intention to cooperate with Bidzina Ivanishvili`s political team.
`The political visions of Ivanishvili and the political subjects around him, do not deserve our sympathy; I would outline one of them - the foreign policy priorities,` Kardava said.
