Papuna Davitaia, Georgia's State Minister on Diaspora Relations Affairs will sum up activities for 2011 today. The Minister will also present action plan for 2012.
According to Davitaia, the main achievement was adoption of the law by the parliament regarding granting those living abroad with a special status.
The law will be enforced as of 2012 and will give Georgian citizens living abroad to cross the Georgian border freely.
