Police have identified the person suspected of armed assault on Giorgi Vazha Korkotashvili and Giorgi Nadiradze on January 2, 2011. Giorgi Shengelia, 23, is now wanted by police for premeditated murder.
Giorgi Nadiradze died a week after the incident as he had lethal injury in his head; as for the other injured, Vazha Korkotashvili, he has been already discharged from the hospital, however, remains under intensive observation of doctors.
According to the investigation, a few days before the assault, Shengelia had an argument with the two; therefore, the motive of the assault was revenge.
