Georgia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs will begin bilateral political consultations with Ireland. Ireland has taken over as Chair of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) as of January 2012.
Restoration of OSCE mandate across Georgia's invaded territories and de-occupation of two regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia will be one of the top priorities for Georgia under Ireland's OSCE presidency.
