Heavy snow has caused problems to the transport movement on various sections of highways in northern part of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region. For past few hours transport movement has been prohibited on Larsi Stepantsminda section of the road due to the danger of avalanche, but in other sections, vehicles are allowed to drive only with wheel chains. The road is open towards the Gudauri resort.
