Russian Prime Minister failed to avoid the issue of the Caucasus and nationalism in his article published by the Nezavisimaya Gazeta. Putin said the new sanctions should be imposed and the current legislation of migrants` registration should be reinforced.
`Reinforcement of the judiciary and the effectiveness of law enforcement structures are very important for immigration, especially from the North Caucasian regions,` Prime Minister said in his article.
Putin has also responded to the movements with the motto Enough to Feed Caucasus. Russian Prime Minister says this movement may soon grow into the demands `stop funding Ural, Siberia and Russia`s other regions. Putin says this is the receipt, which led the Soviet Union to collapse.
