Heavy snowfall created problems in Samegrelo region. Electricity supply was suspended to 14 villages of the region during the whole night.
Representatives of Energo-Pro Georgia Company have launched rehabilitation works since morning.
Snow caused problems in traffic movement in the central highways of the region. Brigades of local Municipality were mobilized in cleaning of the roads and working in 24-hour regime.
Heavy snowfall will continue hitting Georgia. Air temperature will drop across the whole Georgia's territory. Cold weather and snow is expected in both east and west Georgia until February 4.
