"It is necessary to force Russian Federation to fulfill the obligations which it has before Georgia, "- HiliaryClinton said US State Secretary when she took a floor on NATO sitting, GHN reports.
She paid an attention to the concept of new strategy of NATO, she noted that no country has a right to veto the NATO broadening, or to prohibit any state from entering the Alliance, in case if this state fits the standards for NATO.
"We have indeed a very different view points with Russian Federation consenting different questions. We are going to discuss these questions openly. We are using the floor of NATO for the putting pressure over Russia to fulfill the obligations which this country has. We did not agree with the statement that the NATO broadening and the global actions are a danger for Russian Federation. I would like to say that no country has a right to veto any decision or any sovereign state to join NATO or other organization, "- Hilary Clinton said.
She said that NATO has a list of conditions which are necessary to fulfill, and if any state has a willingness to join the alliance, then no state can put pressure over the implementation of this process. "We will be unanimous as well in connection with the territorial integrity of all states, "- she said.
