General Inspection of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia has arrested prosecutor Kakha Tsnobiladze with the charges of bribery. Reportedly, the prosecutor founded his own legal assistance company, which was registered on his wife and offered service to the defendants in the cases prosecuted by him.
`The investigation has found out that prosecutor Tsnobiladze founded his own legal assistance company, where he sent for service the defendants in the cases prosecuted by himself promising granting privileges in the legal proceedings and getting profit from the business,` First deputy prosecutor Davit Sakvarelidze told journalists today.
