A 65-year-old man is placed at the Tbilisi Burns Center with 2% frost-bite over his body. At the initiative of the Tbilisi City Hall, shelters have been opened at free canteens operating in Tbilisi.
Such shelters are opened at #19 Tsagareli Street in Vake-Saburtalo district, at #4 Vani Street in Didube district, at #209th Kindergarten in Isani-Samgori, at #33 Guramishvili Street in Gldani-Nadzaladevi and #25 Petirashvili Street in Old Tbilisi district.
Two people died in Georgia with frost-bite and tens received various injuries due to frost and heavy snowfall that hit the country.
