The family of Suren Karoglanyan, 27, complains against a doctor of Rustavi #2 Hospital. The patient died on October 1, 2011 after 2-months-long medical treatment.
The family of the deceased patient claims that the young man was transfused a wrong group of blood. The patient was delivered to the hospital after a car accident.
Davit Tabatadze, Chief Doctor of the hospital denies allegations. The family has already applied to the Regulation Agency of Doctors' Activities of Georgia's Healthcare Ministry.
The case will be discussed by Professional Development Council of the Agency. The Council will make a decision into the complaint.
