Twenty-five people got various injuries from falling on ice last night. A total of 800 addressed the Referral Hospital with traumas and frost-bite this winter season.
Mamuka Katsarava, Head of the Municipality Social Service visited the patients this afternoon. At the initiative of Tbilisi City Hall, shelters were opened across Tbilisi at free canteens.
City Hall will be also covering medication expenses of traumatized patients. President initiated distribution of additional energy vouchers for the socially vulnerable population.
