Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin talks about the restoration relations with Georgia. Yet another cynical and threatening statement was made by Vladimir Putin toward Georgia during the meeting with the Russia's armed forces and brigade commanders.
"We never identify the Georgia people with the government of Georgia. I hope that our brotherly nation finally realizes that Russia is not enemy and our relationship will be restored", - said Vladimir Putin.
Putin has accused Georgia Government of the tension of relations between the two countries and said that relations strained due to the policies carried by the Georgian government.
The presidential candidate commented on US-Georgia relations and said that Washington made a mistake by strengthening Georgia's defence forces.
"Our American partners made mistake. Moscow hopes that the Georgian side will not use these weapons", - Putin said.
