So-called central election commission of the occupied Tskhinvali region of Georgia has registered `South Ossetia ambassador to Russia` Dmitri Medoev as the candidate of the president granting him number three in the ballot. Experts say the Kremlin has substituted Anatoly Bibilov, who lost previous election in the breakaway region, with Medoev.
The repeat `election of president` in Georgia`s occupied region is due on March 25.Medoev`s rivals will be former security chief of the puppet regime Leonid Bibilov and human rights defender Davit Sanakoev.
