The beginning of negotiations on free trade relations between Georgia and the European Union will be officially announced today - Karel de Gucht, European Commissioner for Trade, has arrived in Georgia today.
Within the visit, Belgium`s foreign minister will hold meeting with the prime minister of Georgia Nika Gilauri. The first round of the negotiation will be held by the end of March.
European Union took a decision to begin negotiations on free trade relations with Georgia about two months ago.
