President of Georgian Mikheil Saakashvili arrived in Akhmeta town of the Kakheti Region and visited a new ultra-modern hospital together with the Health Care Minister of Belarus and other specialists. The new hospital, equipped in accordance with European standards, was constructed by the Imedi L insurance company in the frames of the governmental program of hospital development. The hospital was opened on February 17 and has already served over 200 patients.
30 children have been already born in t his clinic since it was opened. The hospital can serve 20 patients simultaneously with personnel of over 100 people.
Imedi L insurance company has invested 3,5 million dollar in the construction of the hospital in Akhmeta.
