On 2009 October 28 in Erevan with the mediation of the Armenian party, and on December 23 with the participation of Swiss party on the meeting of Georgian and Russian experts and the decisions taken after both events, from March 1 of 2010 the traffic over the "Kazbegi' and "Upper Lars" check points will be opened. The press service of the Foreign Ministry informed about this.
About the above mentioned fact the Georgian Foreign Ministry send a note to the Swiss Embassy in Georgia, and a Russian Federation Foreign Ministry sent a note about this event to the Swiss embassy in Moscow.
