Navid Nou Bahar Delam, an Iranian citizen, who was arrested by Georgian law enforcers for killing an Iranian Businessman Maksud Bedustan in Tbilisi, will be charged on March 15 for premeditated murder. He already pleaded guilty and will serve his prison term in Georgia.
The suspect of the crime was arrested near Tbilisi within one hour after having committed the murder. The police confiscated a gun, personal computer of the businessman and a cell phone.
The 45-year-old Iranian businessman was killed at Kostava Street in Tbilisi on March 13 at his office.
