Georgians were detained by Turkey`s police for stealing 170,000 EURO. According to the Turkish media, two suspects assaulted a local businessman trying to rob him after he left a bank office. The robbers pursued him, damaging the tire of his vehicle. The suspects took away his money as the man parked the car to check what happened.
The suspects escaped from the place of the robbery, however, the police officers arrested them a bit later.
The detainees had forged ID documents with them. The suspects will face their charges soon and be tried by the local court.
