Russia has appointed president`s special representative to Georgia`s second occupied region of Tskhinvali after doing this in Abkhazia. Medvedev has also appointed his representative in Transdnestria - vice prime minister Dimitri Rogozin has assumed the office.
Last week, governor of the Krasnodar Province, Aleksandre Tkachov was appointed the special representative of the Russian president to Georgia`s occupied Abkhazia and now he signed a decree on appointing Teimuraz Mamsurov as his representative to Tskhinvali occupied region. Mamsurov is the president of the North Ossetia Republic of the Russian Federation.
Georgian authorities have already assessed the new policy of the Kremlin as the continuation of annexing Georgian territories to the Russian Federation
