Georgian lawmakers will prepare and send a special appeal to the international community over the issue of the murder of Georgian national 19-years-old Mamuka Kakhishvili in Samara town of Russia.
The MPs will meet with the relatives of the boy today and get detailed information about the case.
The repeated expertise has confirmed that ethnic Georgian Mamuka Kakhishvili, 19, was killed in Samara, Russia.
The murder took place on November 10, 2011. The police officer brutally beat the boy, who died of the injuries; however, the official version of the police was entirely different and unbelievable.
Based on released report, officers were celebrating their professional day in the bar and when they saw the boy, they thought it was a person wanted by militia.
They tried to arrest Kakhishvili but he ran away, they chased him, detained him and put him in the militia vehicle and only afterwards they realized that the boy was dead.
Russian militia tried to hide the real causes of the death and they have been intimidating the family of the boy so far.
