Free Democrats opposition party calls on the government to annul the decision of the city hall on combining electricity tax with the municipal tax of cleaning and separate the two taxes from each other by restoring the previous system of payment.
Zurab Abashidze of the party briefed in this regards today and said the opposition party is ready to hold discussions with the governmental authorities to agree on such a system of payment collection tax of cleaning, which will be compatible to the social state of Tbilisi population.
`We demand nullification of the decision on merging two taxes into one and restoration of the previous system of payment, considering the social state of our population. Afterwards, we are prepared to sit at the table of negotiation with the government and discuss the forms of paying system of municipal collection taxes,` Zurab Abashidze said.
