"Farce and violating of international norms", - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia assessing the so-called presidential elections held in Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia, Georgia.
Nino Kalandadze, Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia says that the elections could not be considered as legitimate in the territory, where ethnic cleansing was carried out and the majority of the population was deprived the right to participate in the elections.
The international nuclear security summit, which opens in Seoul, South Korea today, was appraised at the briefing as well.
