The 19th round of Geneva international negotiations on Georgia-Russia conflict ended without any agreement. Russia is still refusing to fulfill the terms of the August 12, 2008 ceasefire agreement, which obliges Russia to pull out its forces from Georgia`s occupied territory to the positions they were stationed before the war in 2008.
Despite Russia`s resistance, Georgian authorities say the Geneva talks should continue, as this is the only format of negotiations; where international community may force Russia fulfill its obligations.
Negotiations were held around three issues - worthy and secure repatriation of IDPs from Georgia`s occupied territories to their homes, restoration of international monitoring and signing of non-resumption of fire agreement by Russia.
The next round of Geneva negotiations will be held on June 7-8.
