Anders Behring Breivik, rightwing extremist who confessed to the mass killings in Norway, had plans to attack US President Barack Obama.
Outlet Dagbladet published the regarding information based on the materials of Breivik's interrogations.
During the police interrogation Breivik says that, he was planning to carry out attack against Barack Obama while he was in Norway attending the Nobel Prize Award Ceremony. He says that he was planning terrorist attacks against the whole ceremony not only against US President.
Breivik had plans to use a car bomb at the Oslo City Hall where the ceremony took place.
Anders Behring Breivik killed 77 people in attacks in Norway on 22 July 2011.
