NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen announced at the joint press conference held after the meeting with Mikheil Saakashvili today that Georgia is a model country in relations with the alliance. Georgia-NATO relation was the main topic of the news conference held after the meeting.
Secretary General said the responsibility and the intensively of cooperation, which Georgia is developing in relations with the Alliance, should become exemplary for other aspirant countries.
In his speech, Rasmussen emphasized the legislative reforms, which have been implemented in the country in recent years.
Mikheil Saakashvili has also made comments for media. Georgian president expressed his hope that no other forces could affect these relations.
