The local councils of the State Parole Commission assembled today to discuss several tens of cases of convicts and took a decision to release 39 prisoners before the expiration of their sentence terms. Four of the releases convicts are women, but there are no minors among them.
The three councils of the Parole Commission assemble once a month to discuss the cases of the convicts, who apply to the commission for early release and afterwards, verbal discussions are held.
The commission discusses recommendations of the regional commissions once in three months and takes final decisions.
