In a few hours will be known if the Moscow prosecutor's office satisfies the requirement of a judge and qualifies the crime over Ilia Japaridze case as the deliberate murder on ethnic and political grounds.
The family members of Japaridze say that if prosecutors do not gives the regarding qualification, they will appeal to the Supreme Court.
The regarding charge envisages up to 15 years in prison.
Ilia Japaridze was murdered in Moscow on June 28, 2009. Murder suspect, 24-years-old Iuri Tikhomirovi has already been detained. The Moscow prosecutor's office discusses the issue of the qualification of the crime.
