The family of Ilia Japaridze, Georgian youth killed in Moscow, is returning for living to Batumi city of Georgia.
Japaridze's mother Donara Japaridze will arrive in Batumi sometime later this afternoon. The family has submitted appeals regarding the youth's murder case in several instances of Russian court. The family demands that the crime be qualified as deliberate murder on ethnic and political grounds.
Ilia Japaridze was murdered in Moscow on June 28, 2009. Murder suspect, 24-years-old Iuri Tikhomirovi has been sentenced to 10-years in prison, which the family believes is not enough. The charge envisages at least 15 years in prison.
