Commenting a legislation about the privatization rights to the realty in Abkhazia for the non citizens of Abkhazia, so called Prime Minister Sergey Shamba said "nowadays it is not effective to be a closed society, this is not productive and this is not possible in reality."
He said that despite the fact that non citizens of Akhazia have no right to buy a reality in Abkhazia, they are still trying to disobey rules and to buy it.
"So, it would be better, if we will legalize this process, we can take it under control at the same time, and we will not give a possibility for the corrupted high ranks, for a defraud and tricks, "- Shamba said. He underlined that it is very important to control as "to whom will be granted the right to buy a property and the Abkahzian citizenship."
"Here in the summer resort zone always will be a high demand for the realty, and always will be people wishing to find illegal ways to obtain it."
