An agreement over the Davit Gareji monastery complex was reached between Azeri and Georgian sides.
Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the Presidents of Georgia and Azerbaijan ordered the chiefs of the border police to handle the issue.
The agreement on travel regulations towards the Davit Gareji monastery was reached between Georgian border police Chief and his Azeri counterpart.
According to the agreement Foreign and Georgian visitors, as well as church servicemen will be able freely travel to the whole territory of Davit Gareji monastery complex. This regulation will be in force until the demarcation process ends completely.
