Georgian lawmakers will vote for changes to be made into Constitution of Georgia with the third haring today.
Based on proposed changes, persons, who are citizens of European Union member states, were born in Georgia and have lived in Georgia for the last 5 years will have the right to participate in parliamentary and presidential elections before January 2014.
The Georgian Parliamentary Christian-Democratic Movement (CDM) Party is the initiator of the change.
