Dimitri Shashkin, Georgia's Minister of Education and Science, will present a new head of the National Center of Examinations later this afternoon.
The Ministry of Education released a statement about dismissal of Maia Miminoshvili on May 28. As the web page of the Ministry of education informs, the decision was made by the Minister Shashkin "due to the fundamental difference in the process of carrying out reforms".
Another version of her dismissal is participation of Miminoshvili's son Lasha Kanchaveli in the protest rally of "Georgian Dream" coalition on May 27.
