At least 19 foreign nationals, 13 of them children, have been killed in a fire at a shopping mall in Qatar.
It was not immediately clear what caused the blaze in the capital Doha, which is understood to have started in a childcare facility.
Four of the dead children were from Spain. A relative of one those killed said there did not appear to be any fire alarms or a sprinkler system in place.
According to the authorities, all buildings abide by safety regulations "with no exceptions."
The Villagio Mall is part of an Italian-themed complex, which also includes a hotel and theme park.
