Herman van Rompuy, Belgian PM and the European Union's first permanent president, reminded Vladimir Putin, Russian President of Russia's internationally taken commitments.
Rompuy made this statement in St. Petersburg after completion of Russia-EU Commission sitting.
He also fixed the EU's support to Georgia's state sovereignty and territorial integrity.
