MPs of the Georgian parliamentary majority and minority evaluate the visit of Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State to Georgia.
The lawmakers claim that the visit once again confirmed US' support to Georgia with respect to democratic and economic reforms. They said the visit was important for further strengthening of relations between the two countries.
The MPs underlined that Clinton reiterated open and unwavering support to Georgia's territorial integrity and state sovereignty.
Representatives of non-parliamentary opposition stated that they were satisfied with the meeting with Clinton. They underlined that they provided the US high-ranking official with all the information they wanted her to know about.
Oppositional politicians said that Clinton's visit reiterated US' wish to continue cooperation with Georgia and backed Georgia's bid to become integrated into the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Georgian political experts called the visit "historical" meaning strong grounds of Georgian-US cooperation.
